Feel not good with your purchase?

We hope you will love everything that you ordered from us but if something isn't quite right.

You may request to return the item(s) within seven (7) days from the date of delivery for a full refund. If you wish to make a return, please email contact@y0re.com with your order number and the code of the item(s) you would like to return.

All original packaging and labels must be returned with the unused and clean item(s). We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay. You are responsible for all shipping costs and cannot be refunded so we only refund the value of the returned item(s).

All orders will be shipped within 7-14 days of purchase.
Pre-order items will be shipped within 14-21 days of purchase.
Please note we are unable to ship to P.O boxes or military addresses.
